Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual are prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to merge, restrict or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets placed or bonuses claimed through them.
You must register and use your Account solely for your own personal recreation. You may not use the Platform on behalf of another person, entity or organisation. Commercial use, including use by professional gambling syndicates or third-party service providers, is expressly prohibited.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the Operator suspects fraudulent activity; (c) the Operator is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (d) the User's continued use presents a risk to the Platform, other users or the Operator.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 777hb support. Requests to close an Account for responsible gambling reasons will be processed as a priority and self-exclusion will be applied. Remaining Real Balance at the time of voluntary closure, subject to verification and the absence of any active bonus conditions, will be returned to you in accordance with applicable withdrawal procedures.
777hb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with international standards for identity verification, age verification, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The following provisions apply:

Amounts are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. The Platform may also support other currencies or cryptocurrency denominations (such as BTC and USDT) where displayed in the cashier. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. The Operator reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method. The Operator may update minimum deposit thresholds at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be requested from the Real Balance in your Account. Bonus Balance funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met. The Operator reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will generally be returned via the same method used for the original deposit, subject to the Operator's operational policies. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — i.e., accounts not registered in the name of the Account holder — are prohibited.
The Operator will endeavour to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner. All bonuses and promotions offered by 777hb are subject to the specific terms stated on each promotion page, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement must generate PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers before winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in the specific bonus terms.
The Operator reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings and restrict or close Accounts where it reasonably suspects that a bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive manner. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated multi-account claiming, and wagering patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play.
Bonuses are subject to expiry deadlines as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. It is the User's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, UFC, tennis, esports and other categories — are subject to the Operator's Sports Betting Rules, which are available within the relevant section of the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error, incorrect odds, abandonment of the event, data feed failure or any other circumstance that renders a bet outcome inconclusive or void under the applicable rules.
All casino games, including slots, live-dealer tables, crash games and table games, are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or live physical processes. Game RTP percentages are illustrative of long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. The Operator bears no liability for losses incurred during normal gameplay.
In the event of a game or platform malfunction that affects the integrity of a bet or game round, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the User's Account. Winnings accrued during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777hb shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
